What time zone is used for a Scheduled Updates policy

Issue:

What is the default time zone when setting up a policy. The default time for a policy is 10:00 PM. Is this the local time zone on the machine or is it EST, CST, MST, or PST?

Solution:

The default time, 10:00 pm, is based on the machine's local time zone using the local Autodesk Access.
