Autodesk Scheduled Updates - Network RequirementsÂ
Issue:
What Network Settings Are Required for Autodesk Access and Scheduled Updates to Work Properly?
Solution:
Network Requirements
Autodesk Access currently does not support authenticated proxy servers. To ensure Scheduled Updates and Autodesk Access functionality operate correctly, outbound HTTPS communication over port 443 must be allowed to the Autodesk service endpoints listed below.
Organizations using firewalls, web filtering, or network security appliances should verify that access to these endpoints is permitted:
- assets.delivery.autodesk.com
- autoupdatesvc.delivery.autodesk.com
- clientstatesvc.delivery.autodesk.com
- compsvc.delivery.autodesk.com
- dds.autodesk.com
- emsfs.autodesk.com
- manifest.delivery.autodesk.com
- status.delivery.autodesk.com
- taskretriever.task.delivery.autodesk.com
- taskstateresponder.task.delivery.autodesk.com
- up.autodesk.com
- update.delivery.autodesk.com
- updstsr.delivery.autodesk.com
Important: If these endpoints are blocked or unavailable, Autodesk Access may be unable to discover, download, or install updates. Additionally, environments that require authenticated proxy servers may experience connectivity issues because Autodesk Access does not currently support proxy authentication.
This information can be used by IT administrators when validating network connectivity requirements for Autodesk Access and Scheduled Updates.
