Autodesk Scheduled Updates are Not Applying to Users

Problem:

You have successfully created a Scheduled Update Policy within the Autodesk Portal but the updates are not applying to your users.

Solution:

  • The Autodesk Access application has not been updated to version 2.21 or later.
  • The user is not logged into Autodesk Access.
  • The Upate Policy includes the wrong version of the product.
