Issue:
Your Raster Design 2021 Software Ribbon does not display properly on a system with Raster Design 2020 installed.
Causes:
This is a known issue
Solution:
• You must uninstall Raster Design 2020 and 2021
• Reinstall Raster Design 2021 and verify the Ribbon is properly displayed
• Reinstall version 2020
