Pinnacle (ProductivityNOW): How can you download the Pinnacle Content for Offline Viewing

Issue:

How to download IMAGINiT  Pinnacle (ProductivityNOW) Content for offline Viewing.

Solution:

  • You will need the Pinnacle User Tools for this to work.
  • Go to the Content in Question, example: Video, Document, Courses and Select the “Share Icon”.
  • Select “Share to my Assets”

  • Go to “My Assets” on the right column of the home page.

  • Then select the “Download for Offline Viewing”
  • Check what you would like to download.
  • Select “Download Selected”.

This Content will last for 14 Days.

Use the Offline Viewer that was installed with the User Tools to View.
