How to add Fonts to AutoCAD for MAC

Issue:

You want to add SHX and/or TTF (True Type Font) Font files to your AutoCAD for MAC.

Causes:
Need to add Font Files to AutoCAD for MAC

Solution:
You can add Fonts for AutoCAD for MAC into the application package. You can install TTF (True Type Font) files using Font Book to allow other applications on the system to use the TTF (True Type Font) as well as AutoCAD.

To Install into AutoCAD:
1.) Go to /Applications/Autodesk/AutoCAD 20(version)/.

2.) Right click AutoCAD20(version).app select show package content.

3.) Navigate to /Contents/Resources/Fonts.

4.) Copy your Font into SHX (for AutoCAD SHX files) or TTF (for True Type Fonts) (Notes as mentioned above you can use Font Book to install these for all applications on the system).
