Vault Copy Design Action Rules do not seem to work for multiple property updates

Issue: 

In the Vault's current Copy Design (but not the old Copy Design) when several properties need to be updated during the copy operation, it doesn't appear that any properties after the first one are updated.

 

 

Causes:

The procedure that seems like it should work actually does not work. Only the first rule that is listed gets acted upon.

 

Solution:

A single rule should have multiple property updates listed, like this.
