Revit Elevation Marker center line

Issue:
When placing the elevation marker and thin lines turn on and you notice the line dividing the detail number and the sheet number overlaps the circle on one side and does not touch the other side. When thin lines are off this overlap/ not touching line is harder to see the issue.

solution:
The line for the Revit elevation marker is not actually a line object, but text created using underscore characters. It was intentionally designed this way to ensure the elevation text and leader remain horizontal regardless of the direction the elevation marker is facing.
Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done to correct this behavior. Moving the "line" portion of the text to the left to close the gap shown in Image 1 does not produce consistent results. As shown in Image 1, elevation markers pointing to the left appear acceptable, while markers pointing to the right or downward display a more noticeable gap. Interestingly, markers pointing upward appear to display correctly.
This suggests that the issue is not caused by the location of the text itself, but rather by how the text-based element is displayed when the marker orientation changes. Since the "line" is composed of underscore characters instead of true geometry, its appearance is subject to text justification, character spacing, font rendering, and rotation behavior. As the elevation marker rotates, these factors can cause the visual gap to appear larger or smaller even though the text has not moved.

Whenever modifying the elevation marker, be sure to test it in all orientations, not just when it is pointing toward the top of the screen.
The strange thing is that the section marker uses an actual line object rather than text and does not exhibit the same issue as the elevation marker. This suggests that the behavior is related to the elevation marker's text-based line rather than the marker itself.
