Autodesk Vault Thin Client Update Visualization Button Missing
Issue:
Users have reported that the “Update Visualization” button is missing from the Thin Client for all users.
Causes:
This issue only applies to the 2023 version of Vault Professional since this is a feature that was added in the 2023 Thin Client.
In the 2022 version of the Thin Client, the following method is the only option for updating the visualization of a file. This method is applicable in 2023 as well.
Solution:
This issue has been corrected in the Vault 2023.1 Update (Server).
Once the update has been installed on the Vault Server, the Thin Client should now have the Update Visualization button available as shown below.
