Add CFD 2023 to Fusion 360

Issue:

The CFD 2023 Add-In icons are missing in the Fusion 360 Simulation workspace.

Cause:

The CFD_2023 Fusion 360 Add-In isn't loaded.

Solution:

Verify that the CFD_2023_Fusion 360 Add-In is loaded:

  • In the Design workspace:
    • Go to the Utilities Ribbon on the Add-Ins panel, select Scripts and Add-Ins(or use the SHIFT+S keyboard shortcuts).
    • On the Add-Ins tab under the My Add-Ins section, CFD _2023_Fusion360  should be listed.

Load the CFD_2023_Fusion 360 Add-In :

  • If the CFD 2023 Add-In is missing select the 'Click on +' icon:

  • Browse to the C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\CFD2023_Fusion360.bundle\ folder.  Click the 'Select Folder' button at the bottom right to add it to the Add-Ins.

CFD_2019/2021_Fusion 360 Add In:

  • For CFD 2019 or 2021 installations, use this method to load their Add-Ins.
