Issue:
The None- Revit User (BIM 360 User Only) is not seeing the newest model.
Causes:
The Revit Users are not publishing the model to BIM 360.
Solution:
Setup BIM 360 to do regular publishings see the link below.

IMAGINiT Vault Client Utilities: PDF Creation Fails Only on Some Job Processors

Vault File Rename for AutoCAD Electrical Files Fails when Imaginit Vault Client Utilities are installed.
The Vault Job Processor produces the error "The AutoCAD process did not create the output file” when processing a PDF with the IMAGINiT.PDFCREATOR for Vault 2025 and Vault 2026.
When multiple 3D points (different -values) project to the same 2D screen coordinate. AutoCAD guesses the wrong -depth point because it can't distinguish them in a flat view.
You are having trouble activating the IMAGINiT Utilities because the connection to the IMAGINiT licensing server is being blocked (Note: This may result in the error message "400 Bad Request").
You should be able to run Autodesk Products for 30 days without connecting to the Autodesk Server using Single User Licenses.
You are receiving the error message: "Startup Error: Desktop Connector Could not Initialize the Autodesk Identity Manager, prompting shutdown."
You have successfully created a Scheduled Update Policy within the Autodesk Portal but the updates are not applying to your users.
