When signing into your Autodesk account, you are getting "this account is being processed for deletion" message
When signing into your Autodesk, you get the following error message:
"This account is being processed for deletion"
The account owner can recover the account within five days in the following ways:
NOTE: Once an account is deleted and not recovered within 5 days, a new account with the same email address cannot be created for 45 days. This process cannot be shortened by Autodesk customer support.
- Click Recover My Account in the confirmation email.
- Sign in to profile.autodesk.com/security and click Recover My Account under Delete account and data.
