Issue:

When responding to an invitation to share access to an existing AutoCAD Plant 3D 2020 project, the project can be viewed after signing into the web address at https://docs.b360.autodesk.com/project but the project cannot be loaded from the 'Open Collaboration Project' from the Plant 3D's Project Manager.

Causes:

The unusual error code for the 'Open Collaboration Project' command shows "Method not found:
'Newtonsoft.Json.Linq.JObject Autodesk.JsonApi.Model.ApiResource. get_Attributes()'"

Solution:

and,

The solution was to locate and uninstall a third-party add-on called SweepSteelProfiles version 1.1 from KIM Projects.

Once that was uninstalled the shared projects were then accessible from the 'Open Collaboration Project' procedure in the Project Manager.
