Issue:
Some users report that dialog boxes cannot be moved, minimized or entries cannot be edited in Inventor Nastran 2023.
Causes:
Missing Inventor Nastran 2023 updates, currently the latest version is Inventor Nastran 2023.1.2.
Verify the Nastran Version in the ribbon under About:
The current version is listed as 2023.1.2.48:
Solution:
Install the Inventor Nastran 2023.1.2 update.

To reset Inventor Nastran 2023 dialog boxes you can also try renaming this registry folder to ‘Autodesk Inventor Nastran 2023-OLD’ for example:
