Bluebeam Revu 21 Managed Net Configuration for users that have Bluebeam Revu 21 installed

ISSUE:

You need to set up a managed location for Global Page setup, Email Templates, and Printer setup for users with Bluebeam Revu 21 already installed.

Solution:

  1. Open Bluebeam Revu 21 on a machine and click the Revu dropdown in the top left of the program.
  2. Choose Administrator.

3. Choose Net Config in the top tab.

4. Choose Managed Net configuration at the top.

5. Choose the 3 dots (Ellipsis) to the right of Managed Location.

6. Choose the folder for the \\servername\sharelocation or mapped drive location.

7. Click Apply and OK.

8. Close and reopen Bluebeam Revu 21, there should be a Netcfg.Reg file in the shared location. It may appear right away, but it will appear.

9. Go to the machine that you would like to have Bluebeam Revu 21 point to this network location (keep in mind that if it’s a mapped network share, this machine has to have the same drive letter mapped) Right click on the Netcfg.Reg and choose Merge (Windows 11 you may have to choose Show more options to get the Merge command). This will write the settings in the registry.
