When launching an AutoCAD 2023 you get an “Unable to run AutoCAD”

Issue:

You get this error when launching AutoCAD 2023

Solution:

1. Type Control Panel in the lower left search bar in Windows 10 and click on Control panel on the pop menu.

2. In Control Panel make sure Small icons is chosen in the top right nect to View by: Then choose Programs and Features.

3. Find and choose Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime.

4. Click the Uninstall button.

5. Uninstall and reinstall the AutoCAD 2023 product again.
