Pathing folders in the Fabrication CADmep Database

Issue:

When working in the “Folders” section of the database (Display Folder Interface button) and looking for items, but they are not showing in the imperial content folder. However, they are shown in file explorer. This will guide you on how to fix the missing folders and add them to the database.

Solution:

  1. Manually create the folders and move/ copy the “.itms” from one folder into the other folder.

OR

  1. Right click on the parent folder and go to “New Folder” then browse for the folder you want to use.

  1. Select the missing folder and click “Select” then click “Ok” on the next pop-up.

  1. That will add the missing folder under the “Round” parent folder.

Conclusion:

This is the quickest and safest way to add whole folders of “.itms” to the database.
