Mechanical 2022: When using “Reference from” Osnap AutoCAD seems frozen

Issue:
Mechanical 2022: When using Reference from Osnap Crosshairs never appear and seems frozen until Escape is selected.

Causes:

Updates Required.

Solution:

Make sure to have all updates installed for both AutoCAD and Mechanical.

AutoCAD 2022.1.3 Update 64-Bit
AutoCAD 2022.1.2 Update 64-Bit

AutoCAD Mechanical 2022.0.1 Update 64-Bit

•    Go to www.autodesk.com and login.
•    Select Products and services from the drop down.
•    Find Mechanical.
•    Under mechanical select details.
•    Select 2022 from the listed versions.
•    Download updates.

These updates should resolve the issue.
