I had a services or consulting engagement underway with IMAGINiT, will it continue?
Yes. As always, our entire consulting services team continues to be focused on making the client experience as positive as possible during this challenging time.
Our Project Managers are reaching out to work to you, reassuring you that we are committed to supporting you and your business through the successful completion of the project.
Here’s some useful information our Project Managers may share:
- A reminder of the usual ways to stay in touch with your Project Manager (ex. Phone, Email, Direct Messaging via Skype, Teams).
- We can still perform all project meetings remotely leveraging WebEx, Teams and conference calls.
- Where possible, we will convert on-site service tasks to tasks that can be completed via remote access. (e.g. software installs, configuration, testing, etc.). Our teams are skilled in secure remote access systems.
- If needed, on-site custom training sessions can also be converted to remote LIVE Online training or presentations. For customers that have not done LIVE Online training before, we will offer a guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with online delivery, we will come back and redo the custom class onsite at a later date.
- We’ll work with you on project-related tasks that need to be rescheduled for any reason.
