Autodesk Single Sign-On (SSO) login crashes in Autodesk software version 2019 or older

Issue:

When attempting to log in using SSO in Autodesk software version 2019 or older, the login fails.

Solution:

Install a seperate Autodesk product 2020-2023, which could be used just for logging in via SSO.

The Autodesk version 2019 or older will automatically pick up the user session since it will be shared between the two applications.

1. Install any Autodesk product 2020-2023 that is assigned to you

2. Once the 2020-2023 software has finished installing. Launch the newer software and log in using the SSO UI.

3. After launching the 2020-2023 product, launch the older software, 2019 or older and the session should automatically be detected
