Issue:
AutoCAD/AutoCAD LT 2021 or Newer for Mac: "Install failed. Please exit and restart the install".
Causes:
Licensing Service issue.
Solution:
Uninstall/Reinstall licensing service.

- Reboot the system.
- Download/Install the latest Licensing Service from Autodesk. https://accounts.autodesk.com/Authentication/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2Fauthorize%3Frealm%3Dmanage.autodesk.com%26ctx%3Dmanage %26AuthKey%3D895635bc-90ea-4e18-992a-da16ecbad125#username
- Try the install again.
Manually start the licensing service
- Start Terminal.
Go > Utilities > Terminal
- Run this script in the Terminal Window.
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.autodesk.AdskLicensingService.plist
- Reboot the system.
- Test the install again.
