ACC - New member status stuck on "Not Invited"

Problem:   When a new member is added by an Account Admin to their ACC site, the member's status is stuck on "Not Invited".

Cause:  The user has been added as a member of the site but has not yet been added to any projects.

Solution:  In order to change the member's status to "Active", the Account Administrator can do one of the following:

  • Add the member to at least one project, or
  • Assign the member an Access level of either Account administrator or Executive by taking these steps:
  1. Select the member from Account Admin > Members
  2. Select one of these options under Access level in the menu that appears on the right

This behavior is working as designed.  Only the Project Files folders can be downloaded as a ZIP file.
