Problem: When a new member is added by an Account Admin to their ACC site, the member's status is stuck on "Not Invited".
Cause: The user has been added as a member of the site but has not yet been added to any projects.
Solution: In order to change the member's status to "Active", the Account Administrator can do one of the following:
- Add the member to at least one project, or
- Assign the member an Access level of either Account administrator or Executive by taking these steps:
- Select the member from Account Admin > Members
- Select one of these options under Access level in the menu that appears on the right
