Content Catalog Upload Approval Process Issue

Version: 1.1.4.0

Issue:
A regular member, who does not have Account Admin access, is able to upload families to a collection in the Content Catalog without going through the expected approval process.

Causes:
The root cause is currently unknown.

Solution:
Autodesk has confirmed that the issue is reproducible and will be addressed in an upcoming version.
