Issue:
Civil 3D 2023: When Panning and Zooming in a Viewport My Text disappears.


Causes:
AECCLABELOPTIMIZE = 1

Solution:
AECCLABELOPTIMIZE was introduced in the 2023.2 update.
    Hides or displays labels in certain label groups that are outside of the viewport

  • Type AECCLABELOPTIMIZE in the command line and select the <Enter> Key on your Keyboard.
  • Type OFF and then select the <Enter> Button on your Keyboard.

You should now see your text.

Note: this can work in conjunction with AeccViewportOpt.
