When you activate your Autodesk BIM 360 contract for the BIM 360 Docs site your hub will get an account ID number assigned to it. This number is extremely important as it will help you expedite any site or hub issues that are submitted to your reseller or Autodesk. It is very important after you activate your account to take a screen capture or write down your account ID.
To find your account ID you must be an account admin and sign into the BIM 360 Docs site. You will be on the Account Admin module. If you have signed in and you do not see the Account Admin module then you are not an account admin of your hub.
Go to the Settings tab
In the lower left corner click on "View Account ID"
If you have lost your hub access and cannot get to this location then you will need to see if another account admin can access the hub site. If they can gain access to your company hub then they can copy the entire URL
If you do not have another account admins to test access or no one can gain access to your company hub then you, the account admin can look at your internet browser history to find the site ID number.
For Chrome do the following:
Click on the customizing and control Google Chrome menu in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser and click on History. You will get a flyout that shows recent history but you need to search the entire history so click on "History" at the top of the flyout.
Look for BIM 360 Administration if you see BIM 360 Document Management that is not it, keep looking. It has to be BIM 360 Administration. If you do not see this in your history ask other account admins if they can see it in their history.
When you find it you can right click on BIM 360 Administration and 'Copy link address' or if you hover over BIM 360 administration you will see the urls name in the lower left corner and you can take a screen capture.
For Microsoft Edge do the following:
Click on the Setting and more icon in the upper right corner and select History and look for BIM 360 Administration
Right click on BIM 360 Administration and click on Copy link.
Hover over BIM 360 Administration and take a screen capture, make sure it is just 'https://admin.b360.autodesk.com/admin and then the string of letters numbers'. if there are more strings of letters and numbers that might be an instance were you clicked on an actual project which will give a different ID.
You can also right click on and select 'Copy' to copy the URL.
