Vault Metadata Update receives an error 'ADMS is currently indexing properties'

Issue:  

When finding files from which to  extract properties in the Vault Metadata Update tool that installs with the IMAGINiT Utilities for Vault Server, a message may appear 'Exception during processing: Exception: ADMS is currently indexing properties/content - unable to search definitively', like  this, after pressing Start:

Causes:

From the related Vault vlog located here on the Vault server host at the time of the exception is the message "Exception(Inner): There is insufficient system memory in resource pool 'internal' to run this query." For context:

Autodesk notes for this condition: 

"...when the indexing is running, SQL is running out of RAM."

"...increase the available RAM for the SQL server to match the optimal configuration here (as close to the size of the Vault DB as possible)

Solution:

Increase the available RAM for the SQL server host and run the 'Re-Index File Properties' again in the ADMS Console, like this:

Note: In an example Vault that responded well, its 64GB of RAM was increased to 96GB in its virtual environment, allowing the Vault Metadata Update to complete its query.
