How to check if Autodesk Cloud Services are down

September 27, 2018 Cherisse Biddulph

If you are experiencing issues with any of your BIM 360 Cloud Services you can go to this website https://health.autodesk.com/ and verify if the specific cloud service is down. You can also sign up to get email notifications when specific services go down and when they come back online.

Go to https://health.autodesk.com/ and make sure you are signed in with your Autodesk user name and password in the upper right corner.

Autodesk dashboard

After signing in click on the blue Health Subscription button and click the Yes to get an email for the cloud services you want. When you select Yes next to the cloud service it will automatically save to your profile (there is no save or continue button just click somewhere on the web page to save your selection.)
