Civil 3D 2020.4 DraftingBuffer You Cannot select the command in the command line

Issue:

The DraftingBuffer Command cannot be selected in the Command Line.

Causes:

Known issue with non-English versions of Civil 3D 2020.4.

Solution:

Workaround

Type the command in the command line and press the <Enter> key.
