Can’t download Twinmotion for Revit – Autodesk page loop

Issue:

When try to download Twinmotion for Revit by clicking on ‘Access Twinmotion’ from an Autodesk Account, it does not get to the download page, instead it opens a page directing the user back to their Autodesk account.

The initial download page will look like the image below:
 

  
The following error will be displayed upon clicking on the link (Products and Services page) from the page result with missing download links: “Unable to access products and services. Please refresh.”

  

Causes:

The error is being caused by outdated browsing data.

  

Solution:

To resolve the issue, please clear the browser cache and Cookies.
For Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera take the following steps:

  1. On the keyboard, Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete shortcut.
  2. On the next screen, specify a time range to clear (recommended to clear all data).
  3. Click Clear now/Delete data/Ok to erase selected data.
  4. Go back to your Autodesk Account and retry the download.
