BIM 360/ACC Site Down? Remember Your ABC's

March 19, 2024 Jeremy Smith

One of the most common issues that our Support Team sees from customers is that they can no longer access their BIM 360/ACC site or projects, even though they have an active subscription.

Since team members cannot access and work on projects until your site is reactivated, time is of the essence.  So, whether you submit a case to IMAGINiT's Solution Center or Autodesk directly, you should always be prepared with three (3) key pieces of information to get the fastest resolution.  What are they?

Remember your ABC's:

  • Admin Email
  • BIM/ACC Site Account ID
  • Contract number for cloud product subscription (Autodesk Docs; BIM Collaborate; Build)

Experience has proven that those who have this information available see a quicker turnaround time on restoring their site than those who do not.

If you have any questions about where to find any of these three items, feel free to reach out to IMAGINiT's Support team, and we'll be happy to help.
