AutoCAD: Measure, Quick Measure (MEASUREGEOM) Does not display Dimensions

Issue:
AutoCAD: Measure, Quick Measure (MEASUREGEOM) (See Figure 1) Does not display Dimensions (See Figure 2).

Causes:
Local User Support Files corrupted.
Drawing is not set to World coordinate System (WCS).

Solution:
Set Coordinate System to World (This is the easiest to test 1st)
•    On the command line type UCS select the <Enter> Button on your Keyboard.
•    Type “W” in the command line and select the <Enter> Button on your Keyboard.
Resetting USCfollow
•    On the command line type “UCSfollow” select the <Enter> Button on your Keyboard.
•    On the command type “0” select the <Enter> Button on your Keyboard.

 If resetting the UCS does not work, then try to reset the secondary installer (Likely corrupted support file).

To reset manually (This is a bit older but has a little more information about the process.)
