How to get certificates for completed PNOW courses
Issue:
You need a certificate of completion for PNOW courses you have taken in order to confirm fulfillment of continuing education requirements. However, you do not see how to easily obtain the certificates in your PNOW portal.
Solution:
To download certificates for successfully completed courses, which you can then provide to your accreditation authority, you must sign into your ProductivityNOW account.
- Select the “Learning Center” icon in the upper right corner
- Under “Enrollment History” you will be able to select your successfully completed courses from this location
NOTE: Certificates are only available for successfully completed courses in which you have not skipped any materials.
- Once you’ve selected your course, you will be able to download your certificate as a PDF
