How to access the IMAGINiT Reprise License Manager

Issue:
You need to know how to access the IMAGINiT Reprise License Manager (RLM) and web-interface.

Causes:
You’ve installed the Reprise License Manager (RLM), but there are no shortcut icons on the desktop to access the program.

Solution:
Here I'll show you how to access the RLM and the web-interface.

Note:  We have two versions of the IMAGINiT Reprise License Manager and one is installed under C:\Program Files (X86)\ Reprise License Manager  folder, and  the new one is in the C:\Program Files\IMAGINiT Technologies\Reprise License Manager folder

We will be working with the older one first.

You do not need to upgrade to the new version if the older RLM is already installed.

We’ll create a desktop shortcut first.
1)    Open up Windows Explorer (or File Explorer) and browse to C:\Program Files\IMAGINiT Technologies\Reprise License Manager and select “SetupHelper.exe”. 

Note:  For the older version:  C:\Program Files (x86)\IMAGINiT Technologies\Reprise License Manager.


2)    Right click on the setuphelper.exe and select “Create Shortcut”.


3)    Now, Drag and Drop the shortcut to the desktop.  This will get us to where we need quicker.

You can rename the shortcut icon to something more helpful like IMAGINiT Reprise LM.

4)    Double click the shortcut icon.  This is where most of the work is done.
5)    Select the Service tab and click Website.

6)    That brings us to the web-interface where you can set it as a “Favorite” in your browser.  This is where you can check the status and run the diagnostics.

There is a new way for the newer IMAGINiT Reprise License Manager (RLM)
The newer license manager has moved.  If you have the older version, then you can use that one instead.

The newer version as some shortcut icons.  Click the Windows Start button and expand IMAGINiT Technologies.


Then select “Launch SetupHelper.exe”
 


Once that is on the screen, it’s all the same functionality.
