Inventor: Break 3rd Party links to Simulation generated .fres file(s)

Applies to:
Inventor

Issue:
Part/Assembly files have 3rd Party file(s) linked to them causing restrictions.

Causes:

Solution:
To Break Link between the part/assembly and its associated .fres file simulation results, follow the steps below.

1.    On the ribbon select the Tools tab.
2.    Select Links from the Tools tab.
3.    Select Link to Break.
4.    Select Break Link and Done.
