ASP.NET Core Runtime update interfering with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Issue:
Machines updated to ASP.NET Core Runtime 8.0.12 or 8.0.13 cause AutoCAD and Civil 3D 2025 fail to launch.
Causes:
New Core Runtime update is interferring with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Solution:
Revert to an earlier versiof of Core Runtime until Autodesk releases an update at www.manage.autodesk.com.
When an update is released, go to www.manage.autodesk.com
1 - All Products and Features
2 - Civil 3D Box > Select Year on year dropdown > CLick 'View Details'
3 - Download and run the 2 updates which have 'AutoCAD' and 'Civil 3D' in the names out of the list of updates.
