SUDAS Gravity Library Updates

July 14, 2023 Joe Hedrick, LS, EIT

Due to the supplements made to the 2024 edition of the Iowa Statewide Urban Design and Specifications, we have updated our SUDAS Gravity Libraries for Civil 3D for versions 2022-2024.

This update adds SW-516 which is a rectangular version of SW-506.

Please consult the authorization email you received at the time of purchase for the location to the updated installers.  If you need any assistance, please reach out to your IMAGINiT Account Manager.

To install the updated library, make sure that Civil 3D is closed and run the MSI file.  The installer will take care of uninstalling the old version and installing the updated version.

Notes and items to keep in mind:

  • To minimize impact on files that use a previous version of the library, the SW-516 part has been added to the bottom of the list of available parts.
  • While it may not be completely necessary, IMAGINiT recommends creating a new part list for these parts once the library is installed.  Saving this in a drawing template will ensure new files will be utilizing the most up-to-date content.
