Draw Order Options in Civil 3D

I'm sure you're familiar with the Display Order options that are available when you right click on an object. Civil 3D has many objects that become layered upon each other, so this is a useful tool. 

But did you also know about the Draw Order pull-down menu?

As you can see, more options are available.

The top four options apply to selected objects.

The bottom five options apply to the entire drawing. This can really save time if you need to change the draw order of all hatching or text in a drawing.

She has been using Autodesk products since 1997 and has experience as a Civil engineering, Surveying, and Landscape design draftsperson in Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina.
