Slow Behaviors with New Servers

Applies to:
All AutoCAD-based Products

Issue:
Your company upgraded to new servers and suddenly you have performance issues opening, saving, and general performance issues with custom profiles.

Causes:
This problem may be due to the file system on the new servers.

Solution:
Confirm with your IT that the server’s shared folders are on NTFS formatted drives and are not ReFS formatted.  Currently ReFS formatting is not a supported format and is the cause of the issues.
