AutoCAD Ribbons and Toolbars Appear on the Wrong Monitor

Issue: Your AutoCAD ribbons and toolbars are appearing on the wrong monitor.

Solution: Reset your AutoCAD to defaults.

Windows 11 OS

  1. Open the Start menu and go to All Apps.
  2. Search for AutoCAD 20xx (whatever version you are using).
  3. Click the folder dropdown and select "Reset Settings to Default".

Windows 10 OS

  1. Open the Start menu.
  2. Search for AutoCAD 20xx (whatever version you are using).
  3. Click the folder dropdown and select "Reset Settings to Default".

MAC

  1. At the top of the screen select the AutoCAD menu.
  2. Select "Preferences" and click "Applications"
  3. Click the "Reset applications option" button.
  4. Reset AutoCAD.
