Revit View Tabs will not let you pull them to a second monitor

With Revit the ability to pull a view tab out and pull it to another monitor there are some machine settings that are causing some users the inability to use this feature.

Solution:

Update your video card. How to update your video card.
Try turning on/off hardware acceleration and Smooth lines with anti-aliasing. Here is a blog on how to access the hardware/graphics within Revit.
Delete as much as you can from the temp folder located here: C:\Users\your user profile folder\AppData\Local\Temp. If something will not let you delete it click Skip.

Verify your windows registry setting for DragHeight and DragWidth located in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop are set to the value of 4. Make sure to reboot your machine so the changes gets updated.
If you have two video cards go into the bios and disable the onboard graphics card. This should be done by your IT.
