Issue:
The drawings do not publish or appear incorrectly in the web central space console
Causes:
An attached xref with the above.
Solution:
If there is an xref attached to the archibus drawing, it must meet the criteria that is fixed in this blog series parts 1-4.
A good check to see if the xref is causing the web central issues is to remove the xref and then publish enterprise graphics. If the drawing works in the space console or your problem has gone away, then something in the xref is causing the issue.
