Active Trial Prevents Token Flex from Working

Issue:
You are testing a product and have an active trial for that product that has not expired.  You choose to buy tokens and cannot activate the product using tokens.

Causes:
With how Token Flex works, any active trial trumps the use of Token Flex.

Solution:
You will need to either wait for the trial to expire before you can active using Tokens, or contact Autodesk to expire the active trial.
