Vault Login shows Illegal Null Parameter Extension Error

Issue: 

When Vault 2022 or 2023 users sign into their Vault client with an Autodesk ID authentication method, this 'Extension Error' appears:  'Illegal null parameter':

 

 

Causes:

This 'Illegal null parameter' is caused by a temporary access disruption to the Autodesk cloud services that authenticate an Autodesk ID account's access to Vault .

 

Solution:

If available, use either the Vault account authentication method or Windows account authentication method until the Autodesk ID authentication method is once again available.
