Issue:
Vault Job Processor generated PDF does not match Inventor drawing. Manually generated PDF of drawing using Inventor does match.
Causes:
Inventor Drawing has pending updates that have not been applied. The updates are not applied by the Vault Job Processor causing the PDF to be created from the last saved version in the Vault, porducing the mismatch.
Solution:
Update Inventor Drawing
- From Inventor open and checkout drawing.
- From Drawing, select the Manage Tab, select Update All Sheets in the Update section of the ribbon.
- Update All Sheets can also be accessed by the Quick Access Toolbar if set up, see image above.
- Save and check the drawing and associated files into the Vault.
- Follow workflow that creates a PDF utilizing the Job Processor.
- Job Processor produced PDF will not match the Inventor Drawing.
