FormIt Pro hangs during opening the application

Issue:
FormIt Pro hangs during the opening of the application, failing to progress beyond the opening screen.

Causes:
The problem is attributed to a blocked Autodesk URL by a proxy server.

Solution:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps to add an exception on the proxy server:

1.     Click the Windows Start button.

2.     Search for inetcpl.cpl.

3.     Select the Connections tab and click on LAN Settings.

4.     Enable "Use a proxy server for your LAN."

5.     Click Advanced.

6.     Under Exceptions, add the Autodesk Domain

7.     Add the following additional domains to the exception list:

*.autodesk.com

*.autodeskformit.com

*.google-analytics.com

*.cloudfront.net

*.virtualearth.net

*.autocadws.com

*.newrelic.com

*.akamaiedge.net

*.akamaitechnologies.com

*.amazonaws.com

*.getsatisfaction.com

*.autodesk360.com

*.skyscraper.autodesk.com

*.github.com (for plugins)

8.     Save the changes.

After adding these exceptions, attempt to open FormIt Pro again. It should now proceed without hanging on the opening screen. If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, feel free to ask.
