Unhandled Exception When Signing Into 2024 version of IMAGINiT Vault Server Utilities

Issue:

When trying to use any of the 2024 IMAGINiT Vault Server Utilities which require you to log into a Vault, you get an unhandled exception and cannot utilize the tool.

 
Causes:

This issue has been ongoing for some of our users due to some Autodesk updates changing/removing some required .dll libraries, so in an effort to make a resolution more expedient, I’m publishing a trimmed down version of the previous support blog along with a link to download all the required .dll files in a single compressed package for everyone’s convenience.

Solution:

Please use the following link to download the V21.1 DevExpress .dll files.

 Once downloaded, please extract the files to the following folder:

“C:\Program Files (x86)\IMAGINiT Technologies\IMAGINiT Utilities for Vault Server”
