When launching AutoCAD you receive this message
Your eligibility to use Autodesk Product is undergoing standard export screening. You can visit our Export Compliance page or contact us for more information
There is an issue with the Autodesk Sever with your Account. This does not mean you have done anything wrong but Autodesk needs to fix your Account.
Temporally you can disconnect from your network and internet connections (Unplug cable, Disable WiFi).
Then launch AutoCAD
Then reconnect your Network etc.
Contact Autodesk to have your Account fixed
