Autodesk Access ‘An error occurred. Please try again'

Issue:

Trying to log into Autodesk Access after signing into your Autodesk Account the error message 'An error occurred. Please try again.' prevents a sign in.

After trying to sign into Autodesk Access:

Successfully signing into your Autodesk Account and selecting 'Go to product':

The web browser indicates that the log in was successful  but the same 'An error occurred. Please try again.' shows in Autodesk Access.

Trying a different web browser doesn't help.

Solution:

Uninstall your Autodesk software and reinstall from a full download:

Download in Autodesk Account
