Issue:
When generating and isometric from a pipe run fails and “Isometric Creation Complete” balloon shows “errors were encountered”. Selecting on “click to view isometric creation details” then select “open log file” and in the log file at the bottom you will see “An item with the same key has already been added”
Causes:
One cause is that in the Iso style template file there is more than one attribute that exists with the same attribute tag name.
Solution:
The fix for this issue was to open the iso.dwt file and remove the duplicate attribute tags or to rename the attribute tag by adding a number to the end of the tag. After editing the attributes in the dwt file, run attsync on the title block to refresh the modifications to the attributes. Each attribute tag name must be unique name or otherwise your iso generation will fail.
Another cause is UseSpoolNameAsDrawingName variable in the isoconfig.xml. See link
