Issue:

AutoCAD Electrical: Microsoft Database Errors during Launch, Install, or Deployment.

Causes:

Traditionally this is a result of compatibility issue with the Microsoft Access Database.

Solution:

Uninstall/ Reinstall Microsoft Office.
Allow your Anti-Virus to run “AceDriverTest.exe”.
Install:

MS Database engine 2016

Reinstall Visual C++

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-remove-and-reinstall-Microsoft-Visual-C-Runtime-Libraries.html

Versions 2020 – 2023 install.

Install 64 bit version of your Microsoft Office or other Microsoft Applications.
